The Fine Print

Travel June 15 - Dec. 25 -- with no blackout dates, hidden fees or minimum-stay requirements. Prices are per person and based on double occupancy. Reservations must be made by phone and are subject to availability. Once the room is reserved with the resort, cancellations or changes to the reservation must be made 7 days prior to arrival or the voucher is subject to forfeiture. The Deal

Sneak away to a secluded resort on a Caribbean island for $129 per person, per night, including an upgraded beachfront room, meals and premium drinks. Guests regularly pay $385 per person to experience St. James's Club on the island of Antigua.

This deal is valid for travel June 15 - Dec. 25 and includes all taxes. There are no hidden fees, no minimum-stay requirements and no blackout dates.

St. James's Club is set on two beaches and tucked away on a 100-acre peninsula on the island's southeastern coast. The resort boasts four restaurants, four bars (including two beach bars), six pools (including a kids pool and adults-only pool), two 18-hole golf courses, tennis courts, a billiards room, kids club, spa, hair salon and fitness center. Lessons and equipment are available for windsurfing, sailing, kayaking, snorkeling and diving.

With this deal, guests enjoy direct beach access from an over-sized and upgraded Beachfront Room with a private balcony or terrace. For $169 per person, per night, consider an upgrade to a Royal Suite featuring waterfront views and separate check-in area, concierge, bar and two pools. Suites regularly command rates of $440 per person, per night, and offer a sunken living room with marble wet bar, floor-to-ceiling windows, king size bed, his-and-hers showers, deep-soaking tub and a private balcony.

Adults staying in Beachfront Rooms can add up to two children ages 11 and under for $50 per child, per night (regularly $60).

Restaurant highlights include Caribbean-inspired dishes with fresh-caught fish and Italian cuisine with a Caribbean twist, such as veal scaloppini Milanese and fresh fish atop saffron risotto. Two beach bars feature the resort's signature rum punch. Live bands and steel-pan performers provide evening entertainment.

The island's tropical climate is moderated by northeast tradewinds, and there's little precipitation because of low elevations.
