The Deal

Catch some waves at a resort sitting on famous Cerritos Beach, noted by Surfer Magazine as one of the best champion beaches. This specially negotiated deal for $489, regularly $2716, includes a four-night stay in a two-bedroom villa at Cerritos Surf Colony outside of Cabo San Lucas, a spa package for one, and free surfboard or boogie board rental with lessons for one. Check in any day through December.

Free-standing villas line the resort’s stretch of white-sand beach. Each two-bedroom villa, inspired by Mayan design, is topped with a thatched roof and is powered by solar energy. Peek through the upstairs master bedroom window for ocean views, or gather in the downstairs family room. A full kitchen and 2.5 baths are decorated in rustic Mexican tile.

Hammocks are sprinkled throughout the grounds for respite, or guests can relax at the pool or bar. Nearby, adventurers can go horseback riding, kayaking or rent ATVs. Climb Sierra de la Laguna or visit the restaurants and shops in the artistic colony of nearby Todos Santos.

The resort is about a 40-minute drive up Highway 19 from Cabo San Lucas.
