The Deal

Located just blocks from iconic Virginia Beach, Bella Monte International Market & Cafe prides itself on house-made, internationally inspired gourmet fare. And whatever isn't made in-house is bought locally, owner Robin Tuite says. With this $39 deal, enjoy three courses, regularly $82, at what The Virginian-Pilot wrote makes for "a lovely evening of marketplace browsing, live entertainment, and great food."

For the two appetizers, choose any from the menu, including the seared scallops with grilled Asiago polenta or the smoked paprika seared tuna.

Choose any two entrees, such as the risotto with lobster, shrimp, scallops, clams and roma tomatoes, or the chicken and scallops Portuguese with Italian sausage and fettuccine.

Finally, for the two desserts included, the owner highly recommends the gelato. Choose from the ever-changing flavor combinations such as double espresso with biscotti bits or the dark chocolate raspberry.

Also enjoy the restaurant's own blend of elixir water of fresh basil, mint and lemon.
