• Any two entrees, such as the Shrimp Scampi Florentine with spinach and cherry tomatoes; Bahamian scallops with mashed sweet potatoes and vanilla-rum butter sauce; or the blackened 12-ounce Cajun rib eye with mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables
