The Deal

The jet packs from Fort Lauderdale's The Rocketman Experience may seem like something from the future, but with this Local Deal, Travelzoo subscribers can strap one on and soar above the ocean for $149, regularly $300. This experience also includes an HD video of the flight.

The water-propelled jet pack allows users to move side to side, up and down, and from left to right -- all while flying up to 30 feet in the air and experiencing the feeling of weightlessness.

Tours take off three times per day and leave across from The Galleria Mall. Riders will receive two 15-minute flying sessions and guidance from The Rocketman Experience's skilled instructors.
