The Deal

Luca's Chophouse, a longtime Grand Blanc favorite, just opened a new Rochester Hills location, which Hour Detroit calls a "modern setting with old world charm." With this Local Deal, two people can enjoy a steakhouse dinner for $45, regularly $90, which includes a choice of any steak or entree on the menu. Get the same deal for four people for $85, regularly $180, at an even greater savings.

The Gjonaj family decorated Luca's with striking black-and-white photos of their Albanian homeland, as well as mahogany, stone and granite, and a floor-to-ceiling waterfall. Grab a table in this "stylish" setting, praised by the Detroit Free Press, and select:

• An appetizer, like Maryland crab cakes or lightly breaded jumbo shrimp topped with lemon garlic cream sauce (regularly up to $12)

• Any two entrees, such as 14-ounce New York strip served with Parmesan mashed potatoes and vegetables; or baked Chilean sea bass with sauteed spinach, wild mushrooms and roasted corn

Or, two people can enjoy lunch at Luca's, which features "delightful sandwiches and pasta" (Hour Detroit). A lunch voucher for two people, which includes an appetizer and two entrees, is $25 (regularly $45). Or, purchase the same lunch for four people for $45 (regularly $90).
