The Deal

Forty-five downhill runs await this winter on a ski getaway to the Crystal Mountain Resort and Spa in Michigan. This exclusively negotiated deal for two is available for $189 per night and includes four lift tickets and four equipment rentals, meaning guests can hit the slopes on both arrival and departure day.

This deal saves more than $250 on regular prices and is available Sunday-Thursday through March 29, 2012. Two-night stays are $339 and include daily lift tickets and equipment rentals (six total).

With 140 inches of annual snowfall, Crystal Mountain is the ideal ski retreat in the Midwest. Located in the lower part of northwest Michigan, the 1,500-acre resort boasts three terrain parks, a 40-kilometer cross-country ski course and nine lifts for easy access to the mountain peak. Experience the thrill of nighttime skiing with 27 illuminated runs, open every day.

Alternate activities abound at the resort with snowshoeing, ice skating and horse-drawn surrey rides. Or for the truly adventurous, try target practice with some winter paintball.
