The Deal

See "Wicked" for $49.50 at one of six performances during the show's Des Moines stop. These Orchestra-level seats regularly cost $68.50-$76.50. The Tony- and Grammy Award-winning musical will only be in town Nov. 9 - Dec. 4.

This deal is valid for the following performances at the Civic Center of Greater Des Moines:

• Wednesday, Nov. 9 at 7:30 p.m.
• Thursday, Nov. 10 at 2 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.
• Tuesday, Nov. 15 at 7:30 p.m.
• Wednesday, Nov. 16 at 7:30 p.m.
• Thursday, Nov. 17 at 7:30 p.m.

Based on the novel by Gregory Maguire, "Wicked" is the story of the unlikely friendship between Elphaba, the Wicked Witch of the West, and Glinda the Good. It was called "the defining musical of the decade" by The New York Times.
