The Deal

The Denver Post says Black Pearl Restaurant is "as much a gem as its name suggests" and Zagat praises its "unique culinary offerings," rating the restaurant's seasonal, New American menu "very good to excellent" (22). With this exclusive Local Deal, two people can enjoy a three-course dinner for $49, regularly $98.

Take a seat at the Old South Pearl restaurant in a dining room that Westword calls "hip and modern" and select:

• Any two appetizers, like calamari tossed with scallions and pistachios, seared scallops with mushroom salad or house-cured salmon with jalapeno dill cream cheese (up to $14 each, excludes oysters and cheese plate)

• Any two entrees, like seared duck breast with bourbon mustard sauce, coffee-rubbed pork chop with vanilla mashed potatoes or steamed mussels with smoked paprika aioli (up to $27 each)
