The Deal

The menu at Craftwood Inn earns rave reviews from the Colorado Springs Gazette, which has named it "Best Colorado Cuisine" for the past four years, praising the menu as a "polished intersection of our state’s rugged wilderness and its gourmet culture." The New York Times has also taken notice, praising the restaurant as "excellent" with the "extensive selection of game ... [attracting] the most acclaim." With this deal, receive a full four-course feast for two people for $69, regularly $136, or book a table for four for $135, regularly $272.

Take a seat in the dining room that the Gazette says "exudes historic ambiance" while offering stunning views of Pike's Peak and select:

• Any appetizer to share, like the tapas plate featuring tasting portions of sauteed ostrich, venison chorizo and fried pheasant or the seared seafood platter with prawns, tuna and scallops

• Any two soups or salads, like crab and artichoke bisque, sauteed shrimp salad or a special hatch chile Caesar salad

• Two entrees, like bison tenderloin over horseradish whipped potatoes with roasted Brussels sprouts; pan-fried Colorado red trout with smoked corn salsa and a cheddar-bacon potato croquette; or the trio of wild game, featuring medallions of elk, red deer and antelope (up to $39 each)
