The Deal

Chef Antoine Elie started his first business, FliP Crepes, at farmers markets around Chicago. Since then he's expanded his crepe-creation empire to FliP Cooking School, which offers a variety of classes. With this deal, subscribers can learn to create breakfast crepes paired with a full buffet; one can enroll for $29, regularly $70, or two can learn for $55, regularly $110.

Classes begin with a brunch buffet featuring bacon, turkey sausage, scrambled eggs, lox, fresh-cut fruit and more, paired with Passion House coffee that's roasted fresh just a block away. After a lesson on the history of the crepe, students will mix their own batter and learn proper crepe-cooking techniques. Students can fill their crepes with jam, Nutella, fruit or buffet items to assemble their own sweet or savory creation.

Terms and Conditions
Classes can be booked starting Thursday, Nov. 29, through Sept. 1, 2013. Classes are available on Sundays; additional class dates may be added based on demand. Limit 5 vouchers can be purchased per person; additional vouchers may be purchased as gifts. Reservations are required and are subject to availability. Voucher is subject to rescheduling fee or forfeiture if you cancel or reschedule your reservation with less than 48 hours’ notice. Valid for dine-in only. Must be used in 1 visit. Seasonal items subject to change. Gratuity and tax, if applicable, are not included. Must be of legal drinking age to consume alcohol.
