The Deal

USA Today named Raging Waves Waterpark in west suburban Yorkville a Top Illinois Summer Attraction, and Midwest Living Magazine placed the park on their "Best of the Midwest" list in both 2010 and 2011. Travelzoo subscribers can beat the summer heat with this Local Deal for admission to the largest water park in the state, starting at $15.

Park patrons can spend the day riding the 17 water slides and splash in the wave pool, relaxing on the lazy river or watching the kids play in the Kangaroo Falls water playground. New to Raging Waves this year is the Cowabunga Zip Line, taking swimmers airborne on a tour nearly half a mile long, at heights of over 70 feet. Spread across four different courses, riders can reach speeds of up to 40 miles an hour while zipping above the water. Travelzoo subscribers can select a "Zip n' Dip" pass with admission and a zip line trip for $29, regularly as much as $54.
