This exclusively negotiated deal is $229 for two nights midweek and includes breakfast, dinner for two and a sample of the local brewery's beer. Add $70 for a weekend stay. Built in 1902, the historic inn is on the National Register of Historic Places and was chosen to be featured on Gordon Ramsay's upcoming television show. The inn itself as well as the restaurant was given a makeover with a focus on fresh farm-to-table ingredients and a locally inspired menu.

Cozy up in a guest room that features a four-poster or canopy bed, antiques, plush robes and decanters of sherry. Some rooms also have claw-foot soaking tubs and fireplaces.

There's plenty to do in the area no matter the season, including skiing at Okemo Mountain, tours and tastings at Harpoon Brewery, golf, fly fishing and an endless list of charming towns nearby with galleries, shops and restaurants.
