The two-time Grammy Award-winning opera “Ainadamar" (“Fountain of Tears”) by Osvaldo Golijov is "sensationally beautiful," according to The New Yorker. Tickets for the flamenco-inspired opera on May 20 and 26 by Long Beach Opera are available exclusively for Travelzoo subscribers for 50% off for Orchestra and Orchestra Side seats.

Long Beach Opera presents the unexpected, critically acclaimed version of "Ainadamar," the story of Spanish poet Federico Garcia Lorca as remembered by actress Margarita Xirgu, for whom Lorca wrote some of his greatest female roles. "Golijov's score is amazing," says Mark Swed of the LA Times.
