Elaborately decorated with crystal chandeliers, electric blue accent lighting and a 27-foot ice bar, Czar is home to 300 types of vodka from 23 countries and boasts a menu crafted by renowned Master Chef Saito Saito. Guests will receive:

• Two appetizers, such as seaweed salad, gyoza or edamame (up to $6.50 each)

• Two sushi rolls or sashimi plates, such as the Lady on the Beach roll with spicy tuna, asparagus, mango sauce and sweet chili sauce; the Dancing Eel roll with crab stick, avocado, cucumber, whole grilled eel, caviar and eel barbecue sauce; or the smoked salmon sashimi (up to $18 each)
