Executive Chef Janine Falvo of Briza recently competed on "Top Chef: Texas," and Bravo TV described her cooking as "committed to using seasonal farm fresh, top-quality ingredients." For $65, regularly $110, two can dine at this restaurant on Peachtree Street, and enjoy complimentary valet parking.
Chef Falvo has also cooked at the James Beard House in New York. With this deal, receive four courses from her Southern-inspired, farm-to-table menu at Briza with:
• One appetizer to share, such as steak tartare with truffled pears and quail egg in charred onion vinaigrette, or grilled calamari with arugula and gremolata (up to $13)
• Two soups or salads, including roasted cheddar cauliflower soup and beet salad with goat cheese-horseradish panna cotta in a toasted hazelnut vinaigrette
• Two entrees, such as the CBS-featured Berkshire pork chop with pretzel-cheese bread pudding, mustard greens and onion jam; New York strip steak; or the Cypress Grove "midnight mac & cheese" made with Maitake mushrooms
