For $99, soar over downtown Atlanta and Stone Mountain during a hands-on private flying experience from Falcon Aviation Academy. Subscribers can save 50% with this Local Deal for a 60-minute introductory package with an FAA-certified instructor, regularly $199.

Take off from any four participating airports in Newnan, Peachtree City, Atlanta or Athens. Lessons can be scheduled any day of the week into April and include:

• 15 minutes of pre- and post-flight briefings that introduce the aircraft's parts, flight rules and regulations

• 45 minutes of airtime during which students can take the controls in a DA-40 and practice steering, navigation, mid-flight turns and landing
