With the Jubilee and Olympics just part of a busy summer, 2012 is London’s year. Valid for stays seven days a week between Aug. 13 - Sept. 9, and Friday-Sunday from Sept. 10 - Dec. 30, this deal is available at the following 4-star hotels:

Families can upgrade to a Studio Room with a separate lounge and kitchenette, or a Family Room for an extra $31 (£20) per night. These rooms sleep up to two adults and two children.

Ideally located for exploring the sights and sounds of the capital, a number of these properties have AA-Rosette restaurants and overlook London icons such as Big Ben, the London Eye, Tate Britain and the Houses of Parliament. The West End, Hyde Park, Madame Tussauds, Oxford Street and Regent's Park are also easily accessible.
