To celebrate its first birthday, the 4-star Ramada Hotel Berlin-Alexanderplatz is offering Travelzoo subscribers a 44% discount. Rooms are on sale for $104 (79€) per night, based on two travelers and with a two-night minimum stay.  

Through April 29, the offer includes daily breakfast, an upgrade to a Comfort room on either the seventh or eighth floor, a free Berliner Currywurst (a local curry sausage delicacy) and an extra 20% off food and drinks at the hotel.

The hotel is a few steps from Alexanderplatz, a large square in the trendy Mitte district of Berlin. Nearby attractions include Berlin Cathedral, Brandenburg Gate and the fashionable Hackescher Markt. There are excellent views of the city from the complimentary spa area on the eighth floor.
