The only negative would be their elevators. Most days only 2 were working and there were long wait times. Frequently we waited as multiple elevators were full and couldn’t accommodate us and we had to take the stairs

The morning/breakfast elevator traffic was absolutely insane. We started every morning super stressed and it took forever . We ended up walking down 29 flights of stairs every morning because it was faster. Other guests were so incredibly rude and wouldn’t let people on the elevator even if they didn’t have 12 people on. When leaving for the airport we waited 20 minutes to get down. Our group of 3 had to take separate elevators because we couldn’t fit and I ended up walking down the stairs. Would never stay here again.

We had a great experience from the moment we checked in. Our room wasn't available however they offered to store our bags and we had access to the lounge floor.

The elevators are so loud all day and night. Sleeping isn’t easy at all and our winDow was open (who knew they opened) so the first night sleeping didn’t happen. They also do not have enough elevators so you wait and wait and wait for an elevator in the mornings ( we had to take the steps)

The only problem was very crowded elevators in the mornings - needed to wait 10-15 minutes to go up & down from the 24th floor. I don’t think that all 4 elevators were in operation.

Wow! From the kind people checking me in and out and the fun bartender … to the helpful dining room staff and the efficient luggage check team, the people were part of why I enjoyed my three days at this Residence Inn.

Great location - I walked everywhere I wanted to go. Wonderful city views from breakfast room. Surprising array on buffet and excellent coffee. Thank you.

Great location, walked to shows on Broadway and enjoyed sitting outdoors in nearby Bryant Park. Friendly, welcoming staff, easy check-in. Spacious room for New York and fully stocked kitchenette. Only problem was the elevators. Often had to wait for 10 minutes or more before elevator got to my floor.

Incredible location & value. Great room. Exceptional staff, both in service & friendliness. From the front desk to housekeeping, all friendly & proud of their service. Special praise to Merrick at the desk, & much help from Damien at the desk too.

Top rate breakfast, no skimping on hot food plus lots of fresh fruit & they keep it coming. Hardworking cleaning staff. Just no complaints only praise & we have stayed at many hotels both in the US & overseas.
