Two long-running musical comedies by a critically acclaimed songwriter are in San Francisco, and all general admission seats to both productions are now $14.50 (regularly $29) for performances through June.

"Shopping! The Musical" features songs and sketches about shopping and recently won the Bay Area Theatre Critics Circle Award. SF Weekly praises it as "a clever collection of tunes -- songs that bring to mind Jerry Seinfeld's sharp observations.” Performances are Saturdays at 8 p.m.

"Party of 2: The Mating Musical" explores the lives of a man and a woman from their first encounter to moving in together. The San Francisco Bay Times raves, "If you believe in love ... you must not miss [this]." Performances are Fridays at 8 p.m.

Both productions at the Shelton Theater near Union Square feature original songs and skits written by accomplished writer and composer Morris Bobrow.
