What You Need to Know
- Cancellation policy: Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to arrival
- A two-night minimum stay is required Fridays–Saturdays

- Price based on up to two guests sharing a room; additional guests are an extra $20 plus tax per night

Yes! Staff were very helpful and polite. Close to park and restaurants Room was very clean and well stocked with coffee etc. Altho would have been nice to have a non sugar sweetener. The bedding was warm and cozy. Lots of pillows! Just the mattress could have been better

The hotel was very old and dirty. The windows had dirt all over them and you didn’t wanna touch them to open them. This black and rolled in the grout in the bathroom and basically you didn’t want to touch anything because it felt like everything was covered with caked on dirt (grime).
The key card that’s supposed to activate the room door and the front door never worked. I always had to go back and get it re-keyed so I can open the front door in my room. Not very convenient.
Check in with 4 PM about 10 after four. We’re making our way over there. We had a phone call basically demeaning us that we didn’t call to let them know that we had a car. He said he had very little room for cars and boy was he right about that my car barely fit in the garage, but that’s not of his fault but the way he traded me on the phone was not very professional or very kind at all. I felt very awful for most of the trip thinking about how he treated me. Not sure why Travelzoo keeps this hotel under their belt because it gives you a really bad name. Not sure if I would trust anything that you guys had on your website to go to.

The Rosellen suites is situated in a quiet area amongst other low rise apartments in the Westend neighbourhood. It’s an older building (1960s era), is renovated and is a good choice for a very reasonable price in Vancouver. The bed was comfortable and the decor pleasant. We would stay here again.

We arrived late ( midnight) due to flight delays. The front desk is open until 5 pm. Kent was able to provide front door access codes via an email and room keys via a lockbox. That was helpful.

I’ve always wanted to stay at Rosellen Suites because of its location and full sized suites. We were not disappointed! We had difficulty with finding parking to check in but called the office and were given good instructions. I had purchased a 1-bedroom suite through Travelzoo and we were given a 2-bedroom at no extra charge. We didn’t need the extra bedroom but loved the spacious suite! Everything we needed was there.

Be sure to read the instructions that come with your Travelzoo package, especially with regards to parking. If you are driving, parking is very limited in the area so be sure to call the office and reserve parking. Takes the stress off! The Rosellen Suites is in a great location close to many restaurants, shopping and great walks to Stanley Park and English Bay. I felt like we were in a comfortable condo in the vibrant West End of Vancouver!
I definitely recommend Roselllen Suites. You can’t beat the Travelzoo price and includes parking!

We loved our nicely decorated, comfortable and quiet one-bedroom suite featuring a full kitchen, where we made our own breakfasts daily. The location is wonderful, with Stanley Park's Lost Lagoon at the end of the block and restaurants and shopping within easy walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to return.

Loved being close to the park for walks in nature, the shops on Denman and the Sylvia Hotel for fine dining. We did get an amazing upgrade so lots of space, but older unit.
