What You Need to Know

  • Cancellation policy: Cancellations must be made 72 hours before arrival; the first night (room and tax) will be charged for cancellations received after this time or no-shows
  • Booking note: A 1.26% Destination Marketing Fee applies to all bookings and is included in the prices listed above
  • A two-night minimum stay is required on Fridays-Saturdays
  • For One Bedroom Suites, rates are based on two guests; extra guest fee applies for the third and fourth guest (age 12 and up); maximum occupancy is four guests
  • For Two Bedroom Suites, rates are based on four guests; extra guest fee applies for the fifth and sixth guest (age 12 and up); maximum occupancy is six guests
  • Please do not include children, ages one to 11, in occupancy
  • Note: Our system only allows reservations for up to five guests, but the Two Bedroom Suite can accommodate up to six guests. To complete your booking for more than 5 guests, select 5 guests and include additional guests in the Special requests field on the checkout page. Extra guest charges for the sixth guest are not included in the total rate and are payable to the hotel. 
  • Additional adults are +$20 per guest, per night when using existing bedding; children 11 and under stay free of charge when using existing bedding

  • One Bedroom Suites: Rates are based on 2 guests; extra-guest fee applies for the third and fourth guest (age 12 and up). Maximum occupancy is 4 guests.

Pets: Pets are allowed on request and will be charged at $20 plus tax per pet per night.

Fees: Self-parking fee: $25 plus tax per day.
Parking fees include in-and-out privileges.

Excellent stay. We were upgraded to a larger unit. Friendly staff, great location near the park. The rooms need a refresh, but for the price, it was a good value.

Excellent location only a half block from Stanley Park trails and close to their brewhouse and Denman restaurants and shops. Clean, good quality linens. Judging by the old-style elevator (a door to open to get to elevator door) the building was older but very well maintained.

Three night stay. The apartment was spacious Underground parking (half price with travel zoo) was a great. Car was safe as we walked all over The location, close to both Stanley Park and the bustle of the city was perfect. The staff was excellent

The suite was quite large. The beds were not the most comfortable but good enough. The staff didn't seem to have time to interact with us, so not particularly friendly but we didn't need any help from them. The best thing about this hotel is the location. Being next to Stanley Park was perfect for us.

Overall it was a great place to stay. Location is perfect and could walk almost everywhere. The hotel is basic. The bed was old and creaky and the mattress was worn out. The room itself lacked plug ins for electronics. We moved lamps in to the bedroom from other areas of the suite as the lamps had additional plug ins on them. However, room was very clean and kitchenette was handy.

We enjoyed our Sta at The Rosellen . It was in a good location to restaurants and right next to Stanley park. The rooms were clean but need some updates.
