Icelandair celebrates its new nonstop service to Iceland from Washington, D.C., by slashing the cost of long-weekend summer and fall getaways to $469 per person.

This nonstop package, saving more than $300 on the cost of one-stop fares alone, includes:

  • Roundtrip nonstop airfare to Reykjavik from D.C.
  • Two nights at the Icelandair Hotel Loftleidir
  • Buffet breakfast daily
  • Additional nights for $75 per person per night (in two-night increments)

Ideal for a late-summer or early-fall getaway when the temperatures are still mild, the $469 price is available for the following Thursday departures: Aug. 25; Sept. 1, 8, 15, 22, 29.

The same price is available on these additional dates: Aug. 23, 30; Sept. 6; Oct. 6. Or depart for $56-$72 more on these spring dates: May 17, 24, 31; June 2.

Additional vacation packages for travel May-October are also $100 off as part of this sale.
