Resort details: Wayfinder Waikiki is a newly opened boutique hotel that aims to embody authentic Hawaii. It's set on the the quiet Ala Wai Canal; steps away from popular bars, restaurants and shopping; and an easy 8-minute walk to Waikiki Beach. The tropical interiors and color scheme were inspired by the sky, ocean and flowers of Hawaii, adding in natural fiber furniture, native plants as botanical accents and design elements from local artisans. There is an on-site coffee shop; a saltwater pool; a tropical speakeasy and pool bar; and the first Waikiki outpost of Redfish, a popular restaurant concept offering innovative, made-to-order poke creations. Cultural experiences are offered, such as ukulele, hula and lauhala weaving lessons, plus other wellness, food and adventure programming.
