Situated in the countryside just outside Leeds, this Georgian mansion is set in 350 acres of private grounds. The Daily Telegraph names Oulton Hall one of the best spa hotels in Yorkshire, praising the "rolling, peaceful grounds" and "glitzy leisure club". 

The hotel has two restaurants (including the AA-Rosette-awarded Calverley Grill), an opulent champagne bar, a spa, and a 27-hole golf complex with a driving range. The AA praises the "stylish, opulent day rooms and delightful formal gardens" at this "elegant" 18th-century house. 

The hotel is less than an hour's drive from the Yorkshire Dales and Peak District national parks, and 15 minutes' drive from Leeds city centre.
