Slaley Hall is a great base to explore the North Pennines Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is 30 minutes' drive from Northumberland National Park as well. If you fancy a day trip, soak up some history at Hadrian's Wall, step back in time at Beamish Museum, or take a leisurely stroll along Tynemouth Longsands beach—all are around 50 minutes' drive from the hotel.
