About Bay Retreat Villas
Villas are on the edge of St Merryn Park and sleep up to six people.

Each villa has a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a double sofa bed in the lounge. Open-plan ground floors include a fully equipped kitchen area with an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a fridge and separate freezer, plus utensils, crockery and cutlery. Ground floors also contain a dining area with a table and chairs, a lounge with a widescreen TV and sofa bed, and a door out to a private patio garden with furniture and seating area.

Amenities at St Merryn Park include a shop, tennis courts, a playing field, a children's playground, and a dog exercise area. All villas come with a reserved parking space.

About the area
Padstow, where foodie gems and independent boutiques neighbour old pubs and fisherman's cottages, is 15 minutes' drive away. You could indulge in an ice cream while watching fishing boats dock, or hunt down arty homeware shops hidden down cobbled lanes.

From Padstow Harbour, you can hire bikes and cycle the Camel Trail to Bodmin, or head to the sand dunes at Rock on the Black Tor ferry, which runs every 20 minutes (charges apply).

Porthcothan and Harlyn bays are less than 10 minutes' drive from the villas, while Newquay, the Eden Project, and Bedruthan Steps are within 35 minutes' drive.
