Dating back to the 15th century, The Bull's Head is a Grade II-listed inn. Expect plenty of historic character, cosy rooms, open fires, and a snug bar. The inn sits in the centre of Beaumaris, a charming seaside town on the island of Anglesey.
The inn is a short walk from the World Heritage site of Beaumaris Castle. Or take a seaside stroll along Beaumaris Pier. Be sure to take a trip to Penmon Point, with views across Great Orme and Puffin Island.
Hikers will be spoilt for choice: the Menai Strait and Eryri National Park (Snowdonia) are a 25-minute drive away. Alternatively, Bangor—the oldest city in Wales—is 20 minutes by car.
