The Blakeney National Nature Reserve next to the property is a habitat for a variety of wildlife. Explore Blakeney Point on foot or by boat from Morston Quay (10 minutes' drive away). Home to England's largest grey seal colony, it is one of Norfolk's "best-loved wildlife wonders" (Condé Nast Traveller).
Hop aboard the heritage steam railway, the Poppy Line. It will take you from the Victorian seaside resort of Sheringham to the Georgian town of Holt. Sandringham House, the Royal Family's country home, is 45 minutes by car.
