Great treatments (thank you Nicky) and very good lunch. Relaxation areas were cold but steam room and sauna were good. Robes and towels provided. Customers should be made aware at time of booking that the pool may not be available at certain times due to aqua class or children’s swim session. We were only informed in a ‘courtesy’ call the day before. Overall we enjoyed our experience and would go back as it was good value for money.

we upgraded to a hotstine massage which was brilliant and Afternoon tea.

Lovely and relaxing environment. We also paid an additional fee for the weekend but the only downfall was children was in the pool so whe couldn't relax in there.

Lovely venue helpful friendly staff. Massage &treatments were amazing, I came away feeling distressed and relaxed. The pool has a lovely calm ambiance, the only thing that would put the icing on the cake would be a jacuzzi.

Lovely experience on lovely day. Experienced spa users would find the spa facilities small & basic - small communal changing rooms only (separate male/female areas), no pool water jets/ jacuzzi, cramped hair/makeup section, etc. However, the two treatments & lunch, included in the deal, plus the ambience of treatment rooms, standard of therapists & hotel's convenient location more than made up for this. It was a very good value offer.
