Lovely house comfortable well appointed rooms if a little small. Staff friendly and outgoing and seemed to get on as a group and enjoy working there. Crossing the road to No 5 sometimes a challenge.

From the moment we arrived at immaculate Dunstane Houses we were made to feel most welcome and valued by all staff members and that nothing was going to get in the way (and did not) of ensuring our absolute comfort and enjoyment at all times.

Outstanding service by a team who have clearly been trained to the highest standards and who were truly genuine in their interactions and strong desire to make our stay so memorable. Of course, this was greatly enhanced by the well coordinated support and service of the 'unseen heroes' from kitchen to housekeeping and all points between. Our sincere thanks to you all.
