The therapist Polly was first class. Was very disappointed to not be provided with a glass of Prosecco which was part of the package.

The men’s showers and one of the toilets in the ladies changing rooms were not working. Clearly plumbing issues here. Also disappointed to not be told our treatments were not being carried out at the same time. Made us much later home than expected. Thanks to polly for giving up her lunch break we were able to bring our treatments forward one hour which helped.

Lack of communication between booking and spa. Times we booked were not what we actually got on the day. Voucher said we could choose treatments but the spa didn’t let us.

Lack of planned warm welcome with full details of parking, drinks/food facilities, offer of a towel. We did receive this information but had to ask about it. Also children allowed spa side with loud mobile phones playing, as well as their parents using their phones to make calls. Really miffed about the therapists taking other clients in for treatments during our allocated times... did anyone check their clients names and/or appointment times???
