Room lacked atmosphere and looked a little tired, the bar area is nicer. Sandwiches not the neatest we have ever seen. However, sandwiches well filled, scones warm and delicious and the slices of cake were light and, again, delicious. Staff friendly and helpful and we were made to feel very welcome.

This is one of several Travelzoo Afternoon Tea vouchers I’ve purchased and this one has been by far the best! The staff were very friendly and helpful. If these were finger sandwiches then the hand must have been very big!! Very generous size and fillings. The cakes were varied, plentiful and very nice. Prosecco was lovely and light. Overall an excellent afternoon tea. Wouldn’t hesitate to go back.

The hotel itself was a little shabby and there was no ambience at all. We were seated in a room on our own . No nice view which I was expecting as we were in the Malvern hills and no ambiance to speak of.
