Why We Love This Deal
During dangerous, secretive times under Elizabeth I, English Catholics risked everything to keep their faith alive. Harvington Hall became a safe house, providing concealed priest holes that are still intact today. Take a guided or self-guided tour of the hall and see them for yourself. There's also an impressive collection of Elizabethan paintings. This offer is £8—that's 40% less than usual.
What's Included
- A guided, self-guided, or family friendly tour for one adult (age 17 and over)
- Child (age 5-16) vouchers are £7
- Children under five and carers can visit for free but must have a ticket booked (these can be added during booking with Harvington Hall)
- Valid Wednesday–Sunday until 15 May, 2025
- Guided tours last approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes. Family friendly tours take place 12–27 April, 2025 (excluding 18–21 April)
More Reasons to Go
- Harvington Hall retains many of its original 16th-century features.
- It's surrounded by a 13th-century moat. There is a coffee shop in the Malt House in the Hall's garden. You could also spot the friendly ducks and three resident kittens.
- The Hall boasts more priest holes and Elizabethan wall paintings than any other house in England.
- On the guided tour you can experience the Hall's rich history. See the lengths people went in altering parts of their home to confuse priest hunters.
Travelzoo tip: It is recommended to give yourself at least an hour to roam Harvington Hall.

We had a great visit this week. We both visited 50 odd years ago with our different schools.
The staff were great, so welcoming and knowledgeable.
It is a fabulous building with so much history. The priests hiding places were amazing. We would highly recommend this place.

No problem with entry although we hadn't booked in advance, and we were able to join a guided tour which was excellent. It was informative, fun and gave a lot of information it would be less likely to have discovered on a self-guided tour. Lovely, small grounds with interesting buildings, including the tearoom. Small tearoom with inviting menu, and nice outdoor picnic area weather permitting.

I booked for 7 of us and printed off the page showing the bar code and 7 vouchers purchased. This wasn’t sufficient. The lady behind the desk insisted i gave her the 7 PIN numbers from the individual vouchers. This was difficult as there was no signal to reach the vouchers on my phone. Had to go outside several times to access each voucher. Spoiled my experience. However our guide was Amazing and very informative and knowledgeable.

We had Anne Tudor as our guide around the Hall. She was an excellent Tour Guide and had many interesting facts to tell us about this hall. A beautiful building with lots of history. We loved all the priest hides hidden within the property. The cafe offers reasonably priced refreshments
