Booked this hotel so that we could go and see my friend who lives near Reddich, and visit Stratford on Avon. Definitely would come again for a longer stay if there's a good deal. Lovely staff and atmosphere. Rooms are a bit dated, but clean and suit the purpose. Breakfast is basic, but good, coffee machine is excellent. Friendly staff in the restaurant and bar. Lots to do in the hotel itself, and lots to see around it. Great value for money.

We had room 162 upstairs, and I cut my head on the dormer window ceiling edge - a bed shouldn't be placed under this dangerous piece of ceiling.

You charged us £219 not £199!!! Dinner was OK, nouveau cuisine so small portions but tasty. Not much choice.

Hotel is tired and needs updating. Ditto the golf course. They really should drop to 9 hole, 18 tees which they could properly maintain, sell the excess land for development ( vey valuable judging by neighbouring estate and spend profits on improving infrastructure of hotel.
