Voucher Cancellation & Refund Policy: Within 14 days of purchase, Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you change your mind or can't find dates that suit you. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to "My Account." After 14 days, your voucher is non-refundable. For a fee, you can make vouchers refundable until their expiration date when you check out. Must be aged ten or older. Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult. Maximum weight is 17.5 stone; minimum height is 4ft; maximum height is 6ft 4in. Unsuitable for people with limited mobility. The 60-minute voucher can be used by one person or by two people for 30 minutes each on the same day, the 90-minute voucher can be used by one person or by two people for 45 minutes each on the same day, and the 120-minute voucher can be used by one person or by two people for 60 minutes on the same day.
