Very nice stay at the hotel with friends in spite of our buffet dinner served on the Friday evening of our stay/ Fantastic rooms, very comfy beds annd beautiful bathrooms. The breakfast was very good with lots of choice.
Other Comments
We were very disappointed to have a buffet type meal as the offering on Friday night as our 2 course meal offered within the Travel Zoo offer. It spoilt the ambience of our break.

The team were welcoming, the food excellent and the room was fairly comfortable but on this visit I found the temperature of the room chilly and we had a flood in our room, fairly strong smelling, so I guess from the drains. I appreciate these things happen, but it wasn't very pleasant and nobody suggested that we move rooms, or offered waterproof cover for the wet carpet etc. I perhaps would have expected a slightly better response from the team.

What a gem of a Hotel. From the moment we walked in and were greeted by the Manager, to a very comfortable room, to the smiles of all and I do mean all the staff, to the comfortable, clean surroundings and the delicious food it could not have been a better experience.

Lovely rooms and staff. However our tv reception was poor (unable to get bbc2 and other channels). The cleanliness was great and the hotel was warm.
