We enjoyed our stay at this Hotel and we were allocated a ground floor room when my husband enquired about disabled parking which I think was a nice touch. The room was lovely and the shower was great! Also the bed was extremely comfortable. The Hotel was spotless but I did think the public rooms that is Bar area were rather austere and not cosy in winter time! The food was excellent value for money and we were really pleased we had chosen to dine there on our second night. The staff were all lovely and nothing was too much trouble, I would certainly recommend this Hotel to friends and family.

Lovely hotel with easy walk into Stratford on Avon town centre. Dinner was lovely, although we did have to wait a long time for it to be served. However it was well worth the wait. The rooms are spacious and very well equipped. The toiletries are made by L’Occitane and the towels are luxurious.
Would def stay again and will recommend to our friends and family.

Probably the most immaculate hotel we have stayed in to-date!
The staff were faultless and the food was very good.
I would not hesitate to return and will recommend this hotel to friends and family.
Other Comments
The parking charge of £5 per night was well advertised but I felt it was unusual to pay extra when the car park is the hotel's own car park.. I feel it would be better to adjust the room charge (if felt necessary) and quote 'Free Parking in hotel car park'. This would stop any further negative comments about the charge on Review Sites and it would become a 'Positive' rather than the opposite.

the staff were really lovely, polite, professional, helpful and cheerful. The only criticism we could make is that the room we were allocated was NOT one of the rooms advertised on the Travelzoo deal, we were in one of the smaller rooms in an outbuilding in the car park. Although this room was clean and comfortable the deal was showing pictures of the larger rooms within the hotel building so we feel the deal was miss sold.

I would only go back if the travel zoo voucher meal deal was a fixed value or as a full paying guest as the set menu 3 choices of starter, main meal and sweet but only 2 courses included was very limited and I felt under valued as a customer, they did lovely looking curries which were not available on our menu, the same with the fish and chips this was only available 1 night where we had chosen a different meal but when wanted was not available. Food on the menu was expensive as also the wine but as already said very good quality. Also when we checked in there was another couple who they upgraded free of charge. I had paid for an upgrade but when queried was told this was because they had paid the full price. In my eyes the hotel offered the travel zoo offer but we were being penalised for this. Even the rooms on the website did not match what I had paid for. I did explain this to the management but they just said there was a disclaimer on the website. In short we felt the whole experience we would not repeat as we definitely felt we were treated differently to full paying guests. we have done a lot of travel zoo offers and never felt like this before. Otherwise great hotel

Absolutely fabulous stay of two nights. Dinner , bed and breakfast. Room was great , very comfortable. Food excellent and staff all friendly and smartly dressed.
Other Comments
We found the hotel to be immaculate everywhere. All the glass and mirrors where truly sparkling we couldn’t find any fault at all. Credit to everyone
