Very engaging talk and wine tasting. But wouldn't recommend as the place was so scruffy. I know it is a working vineyard but that does not mean that the whole place had a neglected air. Went to Balfour vineyard recently and that was amazing, couldn't have been more different. Everything was spotlessly clean and tidy and you didn't have to look all the time where you were putting your feet for fear of tripping over.

Amazing staff, pity about the place.

A nice day out in the Kent countryside with lovely weather to boot. Very knowledgeable tour guide who was the same one we had on our last visit many years ago. Great wine tasting and a nice cream tea to follow, what more could you want!
Other Comments
The only negative experience was that following my booking I was told that the information and instructions for the tour would be sent to me by email the same day. However, I had to make two telephone calls and send one email before they responded with the information, which should have been sent out immediately after booking. I received these the day before the tour.

Despite the adverse weather our tour guide, Malcolm, made the visit very worthwhile. His presentation was knowledgeable and entertaining. The tastings were generous, the wine very good & the cream tea enjoyable.
