Great hotel, obviously very old and you need to bear that in mind as there is no lift, the car park is a bit tricky.

This was our second trip to The Mermaid. The breakfast was beautiful but we found the evening menu very limited and very pricey.

We had a lovely time. Sat in the lounge playing Rummikub after a shopping expedition and before dinner. Next morning delicious breakfasts.

As three of us are over 80 they reserved us a parking space in the hotel car park which was an asset.
