Stayed here for three nights with vouchers, excellent value for money, all staff and management were very polite and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Beds were very comfortable, bonus. Really enjoyable stay.
Other Comments
Hotel is old, about 100 years and these type of properties are difficult to update to modern, so expect it to be a bit dated but it was clean, tidy and very comfortable to be in. The food was excellent with a limited menu but all food served was hot and served on a hot plate also. Our only complaint was service was a bit on the slow side so you had plenty of time between courses but the wait was worth it. Afternoon cream tea was possible the best we have ever had with scones fresh from the oven, delicious. We would not hesitate to stay again if visiting this area. Note; We didn't rate Reigate town for shops but visit Dorking a few miles down the road, it was lovely and include a trip to Boxhill for some stunning views.

The room, staff and food were excellent but the stay was spoiled by the events that were taking place at the hotel on the Saturday. See below
Other Comments
On arrival we paid a surcharge of £20 for including a Saturday in our stay. This Saturday 24th August the hotel hosted both a wedding event and a big birthday party. There was so much noise till 3am on Sunday that my husband and I could not sleep. We therefore felt "seen off" by this £20 extra payment

Dinner menu could be more extensive. Rooms a little dated, and shower in the bath, also low level toilet. Not good for us greys, but fine for younger users.
