We were asked to park in the boatyard and small mooring posts were not pointed out, nor were we warned about them. They were low down and when reversing one of the posts pulled the bumper off our car, causing around £2,000 of damage. When reported to staff, they were somewhat defensive and not at all apologetic. However, the cruise was a good experience with a pleasant afternoon tea, although had we paid the full price we might have been disappointed with the value for money. The staff on board were friendly, helpful and efficient. Although the damage to the car took the shine off the trip, we and our friends emjoyed it.

A bit of rain at the start of the cruise didn’t spoil the fun experience. Staff were friendly, efficient and very helpful. The afternoon tea was delicious and as much tea or coffee as we wanted. The boat was very clean and well prepared. A great experience.
