The room was very spacious and bright. The colour scheme was very pleasant. Due to Covid-19, breakfast was left outside our room at 6 am and we could also collect a roll from the reception by 07:30. In the room there was a kettle with a good supply of coffee and tea. There was no fridge.
Other Comments
Although the size of the bathroom was generous, the toilet seat was badly stained with urine and we did not like that at all! Months and months of insufficient proper cleaning with bleach to kill all the bacteria, have resulted in a yellow seat underneath and an unpleasant smell of urine.

Used it as a base. Enjoyed the swimming pool. Because of Covid there didnt appear to be many people about and therefore not many staff and as restaurant not open not so much atmosphere as there would usually be. Good for visiting the Cotswolds.

Lovely hotel nicely located just outside Cheltenham. Short bus ride in which was fab. Hotel nice and clean, room decent size and the breakfast delivery thing at the moment was good. Really nice stay, excellent value.

We had previously visited when the hotel was a Thistle Hotel, it was good to come back to a place we know.

Really good location close to Chelrenham town, and also close to Gloucester City where they have the Quays.
