The breakfast time is off putting, ending at 0900. Too early when on holiday.
We had dinner there both evenings. The quality of food was extremely good.

The hotel is well presented with friendly staff. The food was very good and reasonably priced. The only downside was the continuous music. Breakfast to disco music was most irritating.

We purchased 5 vouchers for a mini break away and this hotel was perfect. Our room was very clean and the bed very comfy. Staff very helpful and accommodating with any requests made to them. Breakfast service was a little slow and the menu restricted but that is more to do with the pandemic than the hotel. Being right on the sea front was a bonus but there is really very much to do in Holland on Sea however, that suited us down to the ground as we just needed a few days away and some peace and quiet so this ticked all the boxes.

Voucher afforded value for money but it was impossible to contact the hotel by phone as it was never answered after calling several times. Once I emailed them I got an answer.
Other Comments
Breakfast experience could have been better organised. It was not clear whether guests needed to wait to be checked in & seated, which is very important to maintain social distancing. Options for breakfast were not consistently explained to guests. For example, were not offered fruit juice whereas others were.
