Very good food and attentive service. Nice, individual style room, plenty of space, good location. Good information folder for, for example, walks, one of which we did. A charging point for our electric car. Would recommend.

The hotel is in need of an upgrade. The bedrooms are old and tired. The beds are lumpy and uncomfortable. The rooms are noisy and there is a distinct lack of soundproofing. The food is delicious and that is where the value for money lies.
