- Children: for the 3-night package, children can stay at a supplement of £140 per child. For four nights, the supplement is £180 per child. Children between 0-4 years are free of charge. There is an additional supplement of £10 per night to stay in a Family Room. All supplements payable direct.
- Pets: dogs can stay for £15 per dog, per day. Additional dogs can stay for £7.50 per dog, per day (payable direct to the hotel).

Perfect in every way. Very dog friendly. Staff polite, professional and nothing was too much trouble. I’ve booked two more breaks there. Excellent facilities although we didn’t have enough time to use the pool ect.

Nice Hotel, well located in Minehead. Staff were generally helpful and polite. Food (evening meal and breakfast ) were very good, well presented and appeared to be quality ingredients. Evening meal menu options are limited and a bit on the pricey side if you have to pay separately, but again quality and service probably justify the extra.
Rooms were adequate, and you have to appreciate it is a period property (which we don’t mind), but the decor did appear a bit tired and beige, more so on the accommodation floors.
This is an ideal location for a hiking and walking base and is close to the start point for the South West Coast Path.

We checked in online, but found we had to check in again on arrival. My wife said to the receptionist ‘That seems to be a waste of time then?’ The receptionist replied ’Yes, it is ‘ Go figure!!?

We arranged to bring our puppy with us and would have like a dog friendly enclosed area outside to take her for toilet- she will not do this on the lead which made life a bit tricky. Other than that she was made very welcome thank you.

Welcoming and very relaxed, friendly, helpful staff, rooms clean and very comfortable beds, pleasant outlook on well designed gardens and very close to the centre and promenade. Food was excellent and well presented. wonderful to be able to relax in the Spa. Very good value for money
