Travel zoo stated contact hotel directly to add dog but I was not allowed the dog on the deal and deal was jon refundable. Miscommunication between hotel and travel zoo perhaps.

Prime central location. Lovely sized character bedroom with sloping floor. Some amenities missing but housekeeping sorted where possible. Problem with in room tea and coffee facilities which meant this was not available to us. Busy breakfast on first morning. Staff shortage so tables not cleared and service slow. Friendly staff.

It is a nice hotel but more attention could be paid to the little details to improve the customer experience.

Parking a nightmare as wasn’t given proper information at first. Spent the first day finding the car park the hotel uses for guests.

Lovely room and bathroom and an excellent breakfast. The hotel was very quiet on Easter Monday and we were lone diners in the evening.

Ideal location, staff very friendly. We received an upgrade to river view. Room was very comfortable , excellent bed linen and towels. Looked as though hotel had been recently refurbished. Breakfast was very good quality and very good choice. Excellent value for money.
