Very efficient booking process. Was called beforehand to check everything was ok. Good value for money and lunch was also very nice.

Special mention for Liz at lunch. Lovely lady and knowledgable and interested about the hotels history. Only quibble would be lack of loungers around the pool.

Overall the experience was ok, I do think you should be made aware of the lunch as not everyone is comfortable with a buffet style lunch Although the treatments were nice the facilities are pretty poor and very busy with very limited areas to relax

Me & my sister visited Oulton Hall yesterday for a spa day and it was well worth the offer and price we paid. The pool area and jacuzzi were very clean and lovely to spend some time in, but we did not use the sauna or steam room. The buffet lunch and prosecco as part of the deal were lovely, there was plenty of options to choose from for lunch and dessert. The customer service of the staff we encountered were extremely helpful, friendly and approachable, nothing was too much trouble. The 2 beauticians t6hat provided the 25 mins and 50 mins treatments were very professional and made you feel at ease whilst you were with them. We would definitely visit again in the future.

It would be nice to be able to have more than 1 towel as it was wet from sitting on after using the pool, then you had to try to dry yourself with a wet towel. It would be better to have a towel bin in the changing rooms so people knew what to do with used towels. Also in the quiet room, you need to keep an eye on the water availability as each time I was shown there after a treatment, it was always empty. when it was flagged to a staff member, someone did fill it but it would be nice for it to be there all the time.
