Enjoy afternoon tea at this "glorious country estate" (The AA) in North Yorkshire. Tuck into sweet and savoury delights, then wander its beautiful 20,000-acre grounds. You'll find heritage parkland, a walled garden, lakes, woodland, and more. Entry to the estate and tea for two is £49 for Travelzoo club members. This is nearly £30 less than the non-member price.

What a fantastic experience. We were greeted nicely and told which way to go. The service was some of the best I have ever received. Attentive and friendly but not overbearing, absolutely first class. The food was delicious. Tasty sandwiches and the scones were light. One with fruit and one plain with plenty of jam and cream. I managed to eat both but then was unable to eat the cakes. We asked for a box to take them away and this was done for us. Can’t wait to go back.

It was such a wonderful experience, the place is very grand with beautiful grounds. The afternoon tea was amazing and the staff were very efficient but really friendly. The atmosphere was beautiful, with a piano playing in the background.
