Plenty of parking at the hotel. Right in the middle of Pickering. Very attentive friendly staff. Great breakfast. Comfy bed and relaxing seating areas. Great base for visiting around the area.

Original room very cold, heating not working. Had to be moved to another room. Returned to room after eating, external door had been locked by adjoining room, key wouldn’t open it. Had to go for help to staff, 30 minutes stood in the cold whilst they tried various keys before success. Not a great start

Staff were very helpful. Original standard room small, poor view, lacking in charm. Hideaway room we were moved to a much better standard of room.
